Atmaca, \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakan\u0131 Murat Kurum\u2019a verdi\u011fi yaz\u0131l\u0131 soru \u00f6nergesinde, ihale s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve tercih edilen y\u00f6ntemlerin gerek\u00e7esini sordu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kadastro yenileme ve say\u0131salla\u015ft\u0131rma ihalelerine ili\u015fkin \u201cadrese teslim ihale\u201d iddialar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi\u2019nin g\u00fcndemine ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131. Saadet Partisi Bursa Milletvekili Mehmet Atmaca, sekt\u00f6rde rekabetin s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve belirli firmalara avantaj sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki iddialar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Bakan Murat Kurum\u2019a yaz\u0131l\u0131 soru \u00f6nergesi verdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6nergede, T\u00fcrkiye genelindeki tescil harici alanlara ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yedi ayr\u0131 ihale paketi h\u00e2linde ve 4734 say\u0131l\u0131 Kamu \u0130hale Kanunu\u2019nun 21\/b maddesi kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. \u0130stanbul\u2019daki kadastro verilerinin say\u0131salla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n da yakla\u015f\u0131k 90 bin, 90 bin, 70 bin ve 70 bin parselden olu\u015fan d\u00f6rt ayr\u0131 paket h\u00e2linde ayn\u0131 y\u00f6ntemle ihale edilece\u011fine ili\u015fkin iddialara yer verildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sekt\u00f6rde Tekelle\u015fme Endi\u015fesi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00f6z konusu uygulamalar\u0131n harita m\u00fchendisli\u011fi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 firma aras\u0131nda rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa neden oldu\u011fu belirtilen \u00f6nergede, ihale s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin sekt\u00f6rde tekelle\u015fme riskini beraberinde getirebilece\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki kayg\u0131lar dile getirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atmaca, ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir durum veya aciliyet bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edilen i\u015flerde neden a\u00e7\u0131k ihale usul\u00fc yerine istisnai ihale y\u00f6ntemlerinin tercih edildi\u011finin a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Son 10 Y\u0131l\u0131n \u0130hale Verileri Soruldu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Milletvekili Atmaca, Bakan Kurum\u2019dan son 10 y\u0131lda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen kadastro yenileme ve say\u0131salla\u015ft\u0131rma ihalelerine ili\u015fkin ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgi talep etti.
